Change your password in Prodon Web

DETAILED PROCEDURE

Here is a detailed procedure for changing your password in Prodon Web.

Access your account settings

Click on the profile icon (silhouette) located at the top right of the screen.

Start the password change process

Select the “Change Password” option from the dropdown menu.

Enter the required information

• Enter your current password.
• Enter your new password.
• Confirm the new password by retyping it in the designated field.

Validate the change

Click on “Submit” to save the changes.

Password change confirmation

A confirmation message indicating that the password has been successfully changed will appear.
Click “OK”.

Log back in

Enter your new password on the login screen.
Click “Login” to access your account.
