00:13: Two options are available for searching for a customer.

01:57: Please note that if you add a customer comment, it will not be visible in Classic

02:03: Click Next or Finish to complete the transaction.

02:13: It is up to you to decide whether you wish to complete them or not.
02:18: For the Recognition Program,
02:19: if the recognition for this transaction should be attributed to another customer,
02:24: you may select them at this step.
02:27: This ensures that the correct person is credited in the Recognition Program, if

02:33: To continue, select Next or Complete.
02:37: After completing the addition of your transactions, we now move on to the deposit
02:42: step.
02:43: Select Transactions.
02:46: To search for one or more transactions,
02:48: you can either perform a search using the desired columns or use the search
02:52: assistant to enter your criteria.
02:56: For example, to view today's transactions, enter
02:59: today's date and then select Submit to display the desired results.
03:04: You can then provide feedback by selecting the thumbs up or thumbs down, as explained

03:11: You can also select one or more transactions by performing a search in the desired

03:18: Choose Deposit
03:19: once you have selected your transactions.

03:24: batch type. Please choose between Deposit all transactions or Deposit your

03:32: For your information, the deposit date can be changed if necessary.
03:37: Select the bank account of your choice.
03:41: Select the reports you want to include in the transaction batch, hether

03:46: reports or custom.
03:49: Click start to finalize the transaction report.
