# FAQ - Task Management
### **1. Where can I access the task list?**
In the left-hand menu of Prodon Web, click on "Tasks".
Tasks can also be viewed and added directly from a client's record, under the "Tasks" tab.

### **2. How can I filter the tasks displayed?**
Use the available views and filters in the task list, or click on "Quick selection" to refine the display by:
- My tasks only
- Completed / not completed
- Multi-references or main reference only

### **3. What information do I need to define when creating a task?**
You need to define the subject, type, reference type, reference, and priority of the task, as well as the user it is assigned to.

### **4. Who can view or modify a task by default?**
By default, a task is visible to all users and assigned to whoever created it.

### **5. Can I restrict access to a task to certain users?**
Yes.
The access control panel (shield icon) allows you to precisely define who can view, modify, or manage a task.

### **6. Can I receive a reminder before a task's due date?**
Yes.
You need to enable the "Reminder" option in the Reminder section, then choose the desired notification delay before the task's start.

### **7. What should I do if I want to add details to a task?**
You can add a free-text description or add specific characteristics, with additional notes as needed.

### **8. How do I modify an existing task?**
Open the record of the relevant client, go to the "Tasks" tab, select the desired task, then click on the pencil icon to enter edit mode.
Click on "Save" once the corrections are made.
