Add a client



DETAILED PROCEDURE


Access the “Clients” section

From the main menu in Prodon Web, click on the “Clients” tab.
This section contains all existing client records in the system.


Add a new client

Once in the client management section, click the “Add” button located in the top right corner of the page.
This will open a window allowing you to create a new client record.


Choose the client type

In the add window, please choose the type of client.
Select “Individual” to create a record for a person.

Enter client information

Fill in the required fields by entering the client’s first name and last name.
This information is essential for identifying the record.


Save the client record

After completing the fields, click the “Add” button to save the record to the database.
The client is now created.
